red; state is an illustration of an imagined American tragedy that becomes a catalyst for a triumphant social demonstration that eventually led to the national action and attention toward civil and equal rights for African Americans.
Sun Young Kim was born in Korea in 1981 and came to the US to attend SVA in 2005. Music, in particular the videos associated with them especially as backgrounds during live events, eventually inspired her to pursue a career in motion graphics.
